Video files and data provided by customers are never used to train Vionlabs AI models. Customer content is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.
High-resolution video content remains under the full control of the customer. Vionlabs’ hybrid edge-processing architecture ensures that original video files are processed within customer-controlled environments and are not transferred to Vionlabs infrastructure.
Vionlabs operates in accordance with the EU AI Act and its risk classification framework. Our technology falls into the lowest risk category (Risk Level 4), as it does not perform biometric identification, behavioral profiling, or other high-risk AI activities.
Vionlabs’ AI systems are designed to analyze audiovisual characteristics of media content. The models do not process personally identifiable information (PII) during inference.
Vionlabs manages AI models through structured lifecycle processes to ensure reliability, transparency, and consistent performance. Models are version-controlled, deployed through controlled release procedures, and continuously evaluated using validation pipelines. This ensures that model behavior remains traceable, reproducible, and stable across different content catalogs and platform updates.
