Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Founders Associate, you will be the right hand to the CCO, playing a pivotal role in executing our growth strategy. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing scalable commercial processes and positioning the company as an industry leader. This role requires a highly analytical, data-driven, and hands-on individual with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Support: Assist the CCO in formulating and executing the commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Market Analysis* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

• Process Optimization: Develop and implement scalable processes to enhance efficiency across the commercial organization.

• Data Analysis: Analyze sales and operational data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

• Communication: Prepare and present reports, presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

• Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day operations and ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the CCO and the senior leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Previous experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or a fast-paced start-up environment.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

• Hands-on, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Fluency in German and English.
